FlyHighVibes ("we", "us") operates the website flyhighvibes.eu as an independent travel search and referral platform. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

FlyHighVibes is a technology platform that helps travellers discover hotels, flights, and package deals. We do not own, operate, or directly sell any of the accommodations, flights, or services listed on the platform.

2. Booking partner

Hotel and flight bookings made through FlyHighVibes are processed by our supply partner Nuitee Ltd / LiteAPI, who acts as the merchant of record. Your contract for the actual travel service is between you and the supplier (hotel, airline, or Nuitee), not FlyHighVibes. Nuitee's terms apply to the booking itself: nuitee.com.

3. Payments

Payments are collected by Nuitee via Stripe. FlyHighVibes never stores your card details. Prices shown include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Cancellations and changes

Each rate has its own cancellation policy, shown before you confirm the booking. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Nuitee and the supplier. FlyHighVibes cannot override supplier policies.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate guest information at checkout.
• Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).
• Comply with hotel and airline rules at the property/airport.

6. Limitation of liability

FlyHighVibes provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for the acts or omissions of hotels, airlines, or Nuitee. Our maximum liability towards you for anything related to the platform is limited to the commission we received on your booking.

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version is always on this page.
