Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data FlyHighVibes collects, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
- Search data: destinations, dates, and guest counts you enter into the search widget. Used to find results and not linked to your identity.
- Booking data: first name, last name, and email address at checkout. Passed to Nuitee/LiteAPI to fulfil the booking.
- Preferences: your chosen theme (dark/light) is stored in your browser via
localStorage. No server component.
2. How we use it
Only to deliver the service you asked for: searching inventory and forwarding a booking request. We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers.
3. Who we share it with
- Nuitee Ltd / LiteAPI — our booking supplier and merchant of record. They act as the data controller for the booking itself.
- Stripe — payment processing (via Nuitee).
- Supabase / Cloudflare — hosting infrastructure.
4. Retention
Search data is not persisted. Booking data is retained by Nuitee for as long as required by law and their own policy. We keep no separate copy on our servers.
5. Your rights under GDPR
- Right to access, correct, or delete your data.
- Right to withdraw consent.
- Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Sweden: IMY).
